What areas do you service?

We service all of the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, but will consider further event locations on an event by event basis. Please call 301-984-4411 to inquire.


Where are you located?

Our kitchen facility and administrative office are located in the Bethesda/Rockville area, with easy access to Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and the Maryland suburbs.


What types of catering services do you offer?

We have two catering divisions: Full Service and Food Delivery.

Our Full Service division is where we provide staff, make arrangements for rentals, in addition to handling all event set up and break down. We provide staffing for all our full service events; for example: chefs, managers, bartenders and servers. We can also make arrangements for rental equipment such as: china, silverware, glassware, linens, tables and chairs, and any other items you may need to complete your event. Additionally, we provide all the equipment for cooking and serving. We will arrive between two and three hours ahead of the event time for set up. During this time we set up the tables and chairs, dress the tables and set up the bar and food. Once the event is finished, we clear the tables, break down the tables and chairs, clean the service/kitchen area and dispose of the garbage – leaving the venue as we had found it .

Our food delivery division provides food only; such as: lunches, dinners, entrées, desserts, etc. Food is packaged in heating pans or on high grade disposable platters. Included with food deliveries are heating instructions for food items, if applicable. Items ordered can be priced per person or per item. Each order is subject to a delivery charge and sales tax.

How do I go about selecting a menu?

All of our menus are custom designed. The menus provided on this website are merely guidelines to give you an idea as to the types of food we can prepare. You’ll work directly with one of our account executives to create a menu unique to your event.


Do you offer kosher meals?

We do not have the facilities to provide kosher foods, but we can offer kosher-style foods. If a few kosher meals are requested for an event, we can purchase individual meals from one of the several kosher markets we work with that provide catering services. Please inquire with one of our account executives for more details.


Why aren’t the prices listed on the menus?

All of our menus are custom designed – we take into consideration budget, event facility, as well as menu preferences. In addition, we are always seeking out the best product for the best prices, some items are seasonal and therefore prices or availability may vary on some menu items.


Can you provide wedding cakes and do you charge extra for that service?

Yes, we do offer wedding cakes. Depending on the cake design there may be an additional charge.


Do you have recommendations for event vendors?

Yes, please ask an account representative for assistance with vendor recommendations (i.e. music, photography, valet parking, flowers, etc.).


Can you provide references?

Yes. Our testimonials page offers excerpts from thank you notes we’ve received. We will supply specific information on reference contacts upon request.
