Our menus are custom designed for each and every event we cater; therefore, we cannot provide a proposal without speaking with you first.

When you call to speak with an account representative, having much of the following information in mind will be most helpful:

• Date of event
• Time of event
• Number of guests
• Event location (museum, home, office, religious site, etc.)
• Type of event (birthday, bat mitzvah, dinner party, etc.)
• Social or corporate event
• Indoor or outdoor event
• Kitchen availability for food preparation
• Budget expectations per person
• Desired food type (American, Asian, French, Fusion, etc.)
• Desired service type (full service or food delivery)
